If you are like me you use your camera on your iphone. I have to admit it is not the best camera, but I always have it on me. So I have found over the last year that I have taken a lot of photos.
I wanted to re-stage my iphone and realized that I needed to backup these photos or at least move them. After a few little Google searches I found there really was not a great tool to do this. I found a lot on Windows XP that shows to use the autoPlay to use camera wizard. However, I use windows 7 and there is no wizard. What I did find is you can go to (Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers) or search for (view devices and printers)
This brings up all connected devices, it should show your Iphone as a Camera and you can right click and Browse files. Once you see the pictures you can just drag / drop them into whatever local folder you like.
