There is a sysinternals tool that allows you to take your computer and make a vhd (virtual hard drive) from your system. This is just fantastic. I can’t wait to find a reason to use this.
I can see the reasons where you can want to make a backup or even move an old system for storage. Imagine if an employee leaves the company and you want to keep his files and system intact. With this tool you can make a virtual copy of the drive and allow you to have it available for later use.
